BeOrganic Yellow MIX of vegetable proteins, 250g

BeOrganic BIO protein blends are balanced compositions of vegetable proteins, derived exclusively from ecological sources.

BeOrganic YELLOW MIX BIO is a mix of organic proteins from pea seeds, brown rice and hemp, characterized by a very high protein content (74%). This composition also provides a full spectrum of amino acids and a high protein quality factor (CS=149), in accordance with WHO standards1.

BeOrganic YELLOW MIX WAS is therefore a rich source of wholesome vegetable protein, perfectly fitting into a high-protein, vegan or vegetarian diet. It can also be a good supplement to the daily diet for people with intolerance to gluten and cow's milk protein, as well as for diabetics - due to the low content of naturally occurring sugars.

The product does not contain any artificial additives. It contains only natural and ecological ingredients whose carefully selected composition gives it a unique taste and smell.

Ingredients: Organic pea protein powder (50%), Organic brown rice protein powder (30%), Organic hemp protein powder (20%).

A method of preparing: Mix 5 teaspoons (15g) of the product with 200 ml of water, juice, yoghurt, vegetable drink or add it as an ingredient in smoothies, cocktails, desserts.

We especially recommend preparing BeOrganic proteins with plant-based drinks (e.g. oatmeal or almond). They taste great!

1 The chemical score of the protein CS (chemical score) was calculated according to the methodology established by the World Health Organization (WHO technical report series, No. 724). The CS index is understood as the lowest of the ratios of the amount of each essential amino acid in the test protein (limiting amino acid) and the amount of the corresponding amino acid in the reference protein (hen's egg white). For the protein to be considered complete, the CS factor cannot be lower than 100. In the case of the YELLOW MIX protein mixture, the limiting amino acid is L-histidine and the CS ratio calculated for it is as high as 149.
